Vitaly earned an MSc in Strategic Corporate Finance from the National Research University Higher School of Economics and a BSc in Multichannel Telecommunication Systems from the Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Sciences. Vitaly is a Senior Associate, a member of the Equity Capital Markets team at VTB Capital. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has participated in more than 20 equity offerings by Russian and international companies totalling USD30 billion. He was previously worked at Beta Capital Management, a private equity firm (2009–2010). In 2008, Vitaly worked at Axioma Capital, an investment banking boutique.

Elena graduated with honours from Kazan State University with a degree in Economics in 1999. She is a Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets at VTB Capital. With over 15 years of equity capital markets experience, she has participated in more than 45 equity offerings by Russian and international companies totalling USD50 billion. She led a number of landmark offerings on the Moscow Exchange including the Lenta IPO and follow-on, Moscow Exchange IPO and follow-on, ALROSA IPO (privatization), VTB Bank follow-on (privatization), M.Video IPO, Severstal IPO etc. Elena joined VTB Capital from Deutsche Bank (previously UFG) where she was Vice President, ECM (2005—2008). Previously, Elena was the Head of the Corporate Finance Department at the Irkut Corporation (2002—2005).
