Victoria graduated with honours from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Finance Faculty. She studied in Reutlingen University, Germany. Victoria has participated in a number of key equity market transactions in recent years, including the IPOs of MegaFon, Moscow Exchange, TCS Group and the SPO of Sberbank etc.

Anton graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Legal Faculty. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is author of monograph "Equity Offering: Structuring and Pricing". Since 2005, Anton has closed more than 20 equity market transactions.
