Elena Dubovitskaya
Director, Corporate Governance and Sustainability
Elena holds PhD in Economics and has contributed to more than 10 publications on corporate governance issues in publications in Russia and abroad. She has more than 10 years of corporate governance related experience, including research, publications, analytics, rating services, and consultancy in the real sector. Elena led assessment of corporate governance in more than 30 companies in Russia and abroad. She worked for Standard & Poor"s as a senior analyst in Governance Services and participated in the development of S&P"s GAMMA methodology. Elena also led corporate governance assignments for major generating and infrastructure companies in Russia and Kazakhstan.
Natalia Naumova
Manager, Corporate Governance and Sustainability
Natalia holds MA in Finance Management from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation and Bachelor"s Degree (Economics) from the Moscow State Linguistic University. Natalia joined PwC in 2010. She has also worked with Standard and Poor"s Governance Services. Natalia specializes in delivering complex corporate governance solutions. She has delivered corporate governance assessment to more than 10 major companies in Russia and CIS and has participated in a range of high-profile joint corporate governance projects with the World Bank, OECD, EBRD. Natalia is also a co-author of a number of corporate governance related surveys, including four PwC"s Annual Russian Boards Surveys.
Anna Uzornikova
Partner, Leader of PwC"s Russian boards programme
Anna Uzornikova is a partner in PwC specialising in accounting consulting services, large companies audit and is head of the Russian boards programme.She has extensive expertise in auditing. Anna has been working with large caps, including energy, utilities and mining companies for over 17 years. She leads audits under both RAS and IFRS and coordinates all methodological solutions for these projects. Anna is also involved in providing reviews of financial statements for SEC reporting purposes and bond issues. Anna is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and has a Russian Statutory Audit License. Anna is actively engaged in corporate governance issues. She is a member of the Expert Council for the National Award "Director of the Year" and a member of the Award's Steering Committee.
