Alexander graduated from Siberian State University of Telecommunication and Information Sciences and holds a Master"s degree in Economics and Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Alexander has extensive experience serving large governmental and public multinational corporations in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. He specialises in audits of financial reporting prepared in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Russian Accounting Standards.
Dmitry Pozdnyshev
Director, Moscow office
Dmitry graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Economics, and holds a degree in Financial Accounting and Audit. He is Director of the Assurance and Advisory Business Services, Technology, Communications and Entertainment Group for EY in Moscow. Dmitry has over 10 years of experience serving clients in the telecommunications, technology and manufacturing industries. He also has extensive experience within capital markets transactions and the areas of accounting, auditing and reporting in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Russian GAAP.
Valentina Stont
Manager CIS Capital Markets, Moscow office
Valentina has a degree in economics, ICMA certificates Financial Markets and Securities Operations. She is coordinating manager for the CIS IPO Team, helping connect companies and investors in the emerging markets. Ekaterina supports the EY Emerging Markets Centre and interfaces with the EY Global IPO Center of Excellence and with the Skolkovo Institute for Emerging Markets.
